Here's the spot for all of you aspiring CDT enthusiasts. You're a tough breed, hiking one of the most untamed trails in the country.
I hiked the AT in 2012 and am now ready for another LDH. This year I am planning on hiking the CDT in NM in the spring and looking for others who plan on hiking this year. This is a whole different animal planning than the AT was. All hints and tips are welcome.

Hey brightflower, I will also be hiking the CDT this spring. Starting late April! I'm waiting for the updated version of yogi's handbook then my planning will get real serious

Heading out April 22. Really looking forward to this hike, it has been a few years since I've had the good fortune to do a Long distance hike. Got a few mail drops to get together, but other than that just waiting for the spring to arrive. Day-Late
