This is the beginning of my earnest training. I have been lifting weights all year and practiving yoga some. Now the endurance starts, more frequent hikes with weights. I will finish making my pack this winter and go down to Next Adventure for my hiking buddy, Andrew, to shake down my pack. This was a generous offer Andrew.
