A SUMMER ODYSSEY, by James Mayberger, is definitely a worthwhile book to read. It's the true tale of one American and one Englishman who, in 1988, were the first to hike from Canada to Mexico through Idaho, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. The trail was one they had mapped out themselves. Indeed, an interesting story told well and with real human emotion. Lots of color photos. Published in 2007.
