SPOT help

Postby buck30 » Tue Mar 11, 2014 8:17 am

Can anyone enlighten me as to what I am doing wrong to get my SPOT to link in my journal? I've got the ESN number in my journal set up, set to "no delay" and spot@postholer.com in my Spot account. I know my account works as I get the "ok" message to my personal email but my journal doesn't seem to show a link. I've double checked everything and feel like I must be missing something?

Do you have your SPOT ESN included at the end of your SPOT message?
In other words is your SPOT message something like "At tonight's campsite. All okay! 0-1234567" ?

Also Brian, make sure the 'spot@postholer.com' is in your contact list over at the spot web site.

Thanks! I didn't realize putting the code in the actual message was required.
