Hello fellow hikers,
After registering and navigating the site I have found that the PCT planner only allows northbound hikes. As I plan to do a full southbound hike starting in August of 2019 and finishing before Christmas this isn't helpful. Would someone confirm if the PCT planner is only set up for northbound hikes?

Not a problem, it was designed that way!
It is a problem for SOBO hikers.

So, SOBO hikers seem to be given awfully short shrift with that answer. It wouldn't be too difficult to have the planner work for either direction, so other than "it was designed that way", why not? It would surely help your SOBO readers.
