It started with a thought. A random, out of the blue thought. Short, sweet and to the point. " Appalachian Trail, You should hike it!" The Appalachian trail? A trail on the east coast thru some mountians. I reilized that was all I knew.

The Appalachian Trail (A.T.) is more than 2,175-mile long footpath stretching through 14 eastern states from Maine to Georgia.
