Happy New Year
Nancy and I plan to hike south from Daleville, Virginia, starting on Jan
4th. Only for a few days.
Then, I'll continue working my way south towards Springer Mountain.
I've no idea if I can do 15 or even10 miles days consecutively or not. I'm
ready for it, but my foot, my back or my torn rotator cuff may not be ready
yet. Lots of PT last year .
