Continental Divide Trail Map

Planning and Packing from Santa Clara, Ecuador

I am finally getting things in order and gearing up from way down south in Santa Clara - a beautiful jungle town south of the equator. I am currently a Peace Corps Volunteer working in sustainable agriculture development in a rural community in the Ecuadorian Amazon. I provide technical assistance to farmers, families, and students in creating alternatives to deforestation through fostering new economic incentives and facilitating bio-diversity conserving agroforestry systems.

I am planing an epic return from an amazing adventure. I'm flying from New York to New Mexico on May second and will hit the trail as soon as possible after that.
