Rain, snow and sleet
St Mary area
We hike out of cabin 10 to breakfast at the Lodge. Sometimes things work out this way. We shuttle to where we interrupted yesterday, Gunsight Pass and climb to Piegan Pass. Hit gusty winds, sleet, rain and even snow. Pack cover snapping and twirling. Glad we started with this climb vs doing it later. Into Many Glacier Lodge for late lunch. Nice. We will camp at biker/hiker tent area which is one mile west. Tomorrow...19.5 miles to Chief Pass and done.Sent from my iPhone
