Last Minute Prep

So just getting the last minute stuff ready and as is typical things are kind of crazy. I had a tooth start acting up and probably need to have a root canal done. With luck I should be able to get that taken care of tomorrow as I now have an appointment for that. I am hopeful I can get everything taken care of because I fly out on Weds morning and really don't want to have to change my flight as it will mess up other reservations and could push me into traveling on the 4th of July weekend which I would like to avoid.

It appears most of the snow has melted thanks to a massive heat wave hitting the Northwest so that should work in my favor. I am not going to bring my ice axe or crampons so I do really hope the snow is mostly gone. I'll manage it either way. I shipped a few thing to the Post office that I can't take on the plane with me. Fuel, matches, bug spray, and and air horn I am using a a bear deterent. Hopefully they arrive and are there but I have some time between my flight and the train to Glacier.

My pack is all packed and sitting waiting to go. I have about 5 small things to do that I will do at the last minute as they require that. Things like pack my phone charger and move my ID from my regular wallet to my ultra small hiking wallet, print boarding passes, etc.
