On To Canada and Manning Park

Got up, packed and headed up to Canada this the rain. Traffic in and around the Seattle area was terrible...stop and go, etc. Now this was the type stuff I did not miss!
Lee and I stopped at a Dennys for breakfast and whatever it was I had, it was quite tasty.
Once we got to Canada our first stop was to see Kathy and Abie at the RV Park. I also planned to get all my stored "stuff" out of their hair at long last...gosh, I didn't realize just how much stuff I had.
It was great to finally have Lee get to meet Abie & Kathy...I think they all hit it off right from the start.
After spending some time at the RV and of course, meeting Lincoln and the cats, we headed off to Manning Park to checkin at the lodge.
The lodge was very nice and certainly a great place to come back to at some point.
We hooked up with Abie & Kathy around 1600 for an early dinner and then it was time to turn in. Abie and I are both hiking down to the border tomorrow morning bright and early, so it was an early night.
