Columbine
Training - GATC Marathon Hike
I reupped on my cell phone contract and my new phone has easier texting so I can send messages to my journal. I'm testing this out -- not sure why my codes are appearing as the journal subject but I'll keep trying.
Marion and I participated in the GATC Marathon hike today-- we only carried day packs but 29.6 miles sure seemed a long way. The wildflowers were spectacular though-- Bloodroot, Columbine, Dentaria and Trilliums lined the Trail and helped cheer us on.
Less than a week -- there's so much to take care of. I keep making lists -- things I need to remember to pack - tasks, people to contact, financial stuff, lists for my husband, and then I go nuts looking at all the things left to do. Leaving home for several months isn't easy.
