Where are we???

Well after finishing our hike on Sept 29 we stayed one night at the hostel in Manning Park.
The next day Red (one of the people we finished with) sister Paige came to pick us up and drive us back to Seattle were she lives. We stayed one night with them. Our plan had been to hang out in Seattle for a few days looking for a non rusty truck and drive back to MA or fly to Mexico and soak our tired bodies in the warm water. After many phone calls back and forth with Deb and Bob (Pats sister and her husband). Our travels continued - we rented a car and drove to Richland, WA and met Billy (Deb and Bobs son) at the airport after returning the rental. Billy was driving to Butte Montana for his last weekend of guard duty so we hitched a ride with him, Deb and Bob drove from Great Falls to Butte and we switched cars and went home with them. We've been mooching, I mean visiting with them for over a week. They've been showing us the sites and Bob's been kindly and patiently trying to teach me how to ride a motorcycle. Which is just as hard as I thought it would be and 10 degree temperatures and snow only add to the challenge. In between we're taking over their house and resting. We bought a pretty cinnamon colored 94 Ford truck so we'll be continuing our travels with a ride across the rest of the country. Heading out tomorrow route unknown.

Thanks for everyone's kindness and well wishes.

Once again we're back in the job market if anyone knows of anything please pass it along.
