Every day is a little bit closer our long walk, and our exitement is raising as well as the feeling, that we might just succeed getting "over there".
Everything will be different from our small country Denmark with its green hills, tamed forests and the coast all around us.
Thomas and I are preparing, and changing so many different issues right now. What can we change and what can we leave behind?
How will our temperaments be, when we have to rely on one another for 5 month or 2650 miles.
Actually we are a little bit crazy. We have been moving slowly into this state of crazyness, starting out more than a year ago when we decided that 2009 would be our "take off" from what was normal then. We shall not be landing in a long while.
Denmark is a small country. And not so very known in Amerika. I have heard, and you may prove me wrong, that a lot of people think that Denmark is the Capital of Sweden. Or was it Copenhagen? For what it is worth I could tell you that Copenhagen is the Capital of Denmark, and to be true I am not very good in geography when it comes to Amerika and how many states, and where their positions are. But at the PCT I am a student and have been learning more in the last year, than in all the years in highschool.
What I could tell you about Denmark, more than it is green hills and a coastline, is that it has the size of Massachusetts and New Hampshire all together.
That makes sence I think? Denmark is a scandinavian country which is caught in the middle between Sweden, Norway and Germany. The population is 5,4 million people who enjoys the mild summers and winters and we have no midnight sun even then we are NOBO
