I went to the Mount Laguna store to pick up my box of re-supply. It seems I know my food needs pretty well as I carried out of the woods an amount I feel safe with and took pretty much all of what I brought for re-supply. I know that some people believe they should leave the woods with no food left but I am not one of those people. I believe one should have a bit of reserve just in case.

Well, I am camping on my own tonight. Emily showed up soon after me. She had not made it to where we were but was camped just before, not knowing how close we were. Megan never showed up so she was planning on waiting for her at the store. We learned from the store manager that Brock left the trail for home after learning his dad was in the hospital. We hope it is not too serious. Christie and John spent the night at the lodge.

I talked to both daughters tonight. I always like that!
