Mt. Baden Powell

Entry by MK:

After resupply and rest at Wrightwood, Rex is back on the trail to climb the snow covered, 9400 foot, Mt. Baden Powell. He was not alone, he was with, (Trashpockets. Bob, and other hikers). After climbing many switchbacks the trail changed and went straight up, the hiking was difficult in the snow, and the trail disappeared, the GPS was put to use once again. The trip down from the top was worse then going up the Mt., the trail was steep, snow covered, slippery and hard to follow. Some hikers had gotten lost going down, similiar to Fuller Ridge. After a hard day they all camped at The Little Jimmy Campground.

The tree is 1500 years old.
