I got my pack and bounce boxes together because my friend Preston would pick me up at 5 to go back to Mariposa and then home to southern Oregon. The PCT southern California sections were done and I will take a break before doing Washington in August. I dropped off the SoBo HoBos at San Francisquito Canyon to continue north and returned the rental car in the fear and loathing capital of the world, the area around L.A. Thanks to them and all trail angels for making my PCT finishing dreams a reality.
