Watch Out For The Calories!
Thanksgiving Calories
Turkey Day dilemma:
Some of our friends are telling us to pig out and bulk up so we will have lots of extra fat stores when we start our PCT hike.
But, whether it is on your body or in your pack, you are still hefting it up the hills.
I guess we will watch the calories this Thanksgiving.
