Getting Ready to fill boxes

Well I have everything bought, and setting in my Bedroom, will begin packaging it up this evening, thankfully Jim has agreed to help me with this task, it being a great one. I had been trying to decide which pack to take, when I tried to fit the Bear Canister into the different ones and that sealed my decision. I ended up buying another Deuter as the weight is comparable and the BC will fit in the bottom horizonally and it is one of the most comfortable packs I have ever carried.

We have had so much cold weather this winter that I have not been able to get out and do any walking. I am sure I will pay for this in March when I hit the GET as that trail is very rugged, but I have planned on slow days and not getting in any hurry, I figure I can finish the 360 miles in 30 days and not have to hurry, this will make for a very enjoyable trip.

I was looking at my pack weight and thought OMG its heavy then I remembered I added 5 days food to the weight so its about right. A few things haven't been weighed yet, I'll get to that next time.
