Day 92 - Toward Shelter Cove

Day 92 or so:

Today was a mosquito day. This involves me wearing long sleeved clothes when I would rather be wearing just shorts.

More snow patches and lots of ponds and lakes, which mosquitos - love.

Does a bear . . .
Today's highlight at least humor-wise for me and this is too much info for most people:

I was listening to my jams on my iphone, I think it was Eminem or Michael Jackson and I stopped to take a dump, dropped my bag on the trail, grabbed my trowel and tp and went into the the trees a good 30 feet, I thought I was good.

I dug my cat hole pulled down my pants and proceeded to do my business. Well not 2 seconds later movement catches my eye and I look up and there two guys riding their horses and they wave and then ask me "How it was going?", well I said "it's going". After they left I had myself a laugh. Only in the woods.

We found a lake for siesta which was surprisingly not to bad in the sqeeter dept and stayed there, took a dip and relaxed.
Lunch was pesto Couscous, I LOVE PESTO!

Lots of icy snow patches this afternoon and evening, beautiful though. Finding a spot for camping took a bit and when we found a spot that was mosquito free, at least for a moment, and then they came to say hello through the night. They really are social creatures.
