Looking back at Rainy Pass. Early morning.
Day 117:Cutthroat Pass, Hearts Pass
Few miles on Cutthroat pass early in the morning were spectacular. The rest of the day was a climb in and out of a sauna like gutter for what i was rewarded with another couple of miles of the ridge trail near Hearts Pass.I keep running into the same two guys, onTime and Zeke since early and late California. We started on the same day and will all finish tomorrow at te same time. We are 3 generations, all have totaly different hiking speeds, daily milages, resuply strategies but somehow end up at the same points at the same time. How strange is that?
One thing i can take away from this hike is that i can for sure make it to Canada if the shit hits the fan in the US. By any means.
