I'm not really prepared for all the different angles that life has been hitting me from the last few days. From venturing into Manning Park unknowingly to find the most amazing people waiting for Bacon Bit, Gumby, and I, to the heart felt deep rooted emotions of helping a good friend with a morning seizure and then walking off into the unknown by myself. That's how I started this trip so it was fitting to end that way, but of course the world had other plans for me, expect the unexpected, it happens when you're least expecting it. A professor of math came up from behind me, Mr. Wagg Daddy, and had shin splints from his insane sprint (1-week) from snoqualmie to manning park. We helped each-other by taking our minds off of the events unraveling that neither one of us cared to think of. His shin splints, and for me the realization of the fact that my PCT journey was culminating with each aching footstep into Canada. For now the realization hasn't really set in, although it's becoming more real as I write from a computer screen rather then the phone, my phone keeps buzzing as the real world realizes that I'm part of society once again. I'm certain everything is different now, but I haven't narrowed in on the change yet.
