Sleep when you're dead!
NINE HOURS.I'm not going to get any sleep tonight. I didn't get any last night. I thought I wouldn't be anxious starting my 3rd PCT hike, but it's just too monumental. It has donned on me the last couple days how long and grueling this hike can be (It's also very wonderful, I promise).
Cheers to a summer of exhaustion! And of course, FUN. I promise I will stay out of trouble! No 24/24 challenge, no reckless night hiking, no misplaced bikes, drunken debauchery, and so on. Gee, I'm sure growin' up on this trail.
