cinder cone
Red Pass
This year I can see the trail that was mostly covered by snow on my traverse of this section 2 years before, was a lot easier and faster going... Could see the red ash and cinders of White Chuck cinder cone on way down to find camp on small nob in first clump of trees I saw in the dim drizzle at dusk. A parting of clouds for a moment to see Glacier peak cheers me up.
