First Steps

Made it into Warner Springs, which is the end of Section A. Mile 110. Just hiked over 100 miles in a week! Now officially on the longest hike I've ever done, with no signs of stopping. Met a bunch of awesome people on the trail that we have been keeping pace with. Sadly, half aren't coming back to kickoff, so we'll be split up after this weekend, but I'm sure there are more awesome folks on the trail for us to meet :)

Looking forward to doing section B, though it's starting to get higher. We'll top out over 9000 feet, and encounter the first snow of the trail. Idyllwild is supposed to be a great hiker town, and I should be there by Friday morning hopefully, to get a ride back to kick off. Then keep on climbing :)
