Denim Jeans

Quite possibly my first trail zero that didn't involve lots of resupply plans. The big project of the day seemed to be laundry. Tears For Beers and I headed over to the North Cascades Mountain Hostel and were able to get our laundry going. The hostel is great and I would highly recommend it. Nice clean place with super friendly owners! To top all that off, they'd had a party the night before and needed help finishing off their keg. Life is hard sometimes.

And then we found out that the consignment shop across the street was open so we beelined it over there and both left with a pair of jeans. Imagine the feeling. My first pair of jeans in 5 months. Simply amazing.

We all visited the outfitter where I got a few items. Next was pizza dinner. I ordered a 12 inch pizza thinking that I would have some left over for later. Nope. I ate the whole thing. Once back at our room, there was no end to the laughter. Full on belly laughter. These moments are priceless.
