Planning
I have decided to take an enormous journey and hike along the PCT from the Mexican boarder through California, Oregon, and Washington. The 2600 mile trip will take me five to six months, during witch I will focus on becoming more in tune with nature and the universe. I will document the entire trip from planning to completion. I have only been camping a few times for a short duration (less than a week) so this will be an extremely challenging journey, both planning and the actual trip itself. I have faith in myself and the universe to properly prepare myself for this epic life changing excursion. I will be looking into equipment and supplies and will leave all my feed back for anyone who might be interested. I have 15 months to plan this and set my finacial responsibilities in order for the long lonely trip. Wish me luck.
First Journey
The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is a 2,650-mile national scenic trail that runs from Mexico to Canada through California, Oregon and Washington. The PCT traverses 24 national forests, 37 wilderness areas and 7 national parks. The PCT passes through 6 out of 7 of North Americas ecozones. Learn more: www.pcta.org
