My favorite food


Vermont Peanut Butter's Green Mountain Goodness (a mix of peanut butter, almond butter, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds)

Unsalted butter (kept in a ziplock bag which slipped inside a squeeze tube)



Freeze dried Strawberries and Raspberries made by Just Tomatoes

Wood Thrush coffee

True Lemon packets

Green peppers and Red peppers (fresh)


fresh bread (from places like Schaat's Bakkery)

dried strips of banana that had been coated in fresh lemon juice and dehydrated at home

dried mango strips (bought at food coops) - great as an afternoon energy snack

No-cook couscous tabouli (couscous + True Lemon packet + extra virgin olive oil packet + dried parsley flakes)

No-cook canned chicken + ramen noodles (discard spice packet) + hot sauce + peanut butter

6-8 oz guacamole tubs, sometimes with added hot sauce, eaten the first day out of town with tortilla chips

milkshake (whey powder + whole milk powder + FD strawberries or raspberries)

Bandit Merlot boxed wine

Tabasco packets

Tiny bottle of habanero sauce
