Testing process for adding pictures. Last year my pictures inverted when posted. Apparently pictures must be taken in landscape, not portrait, in order to post upright. Need to work on completing my gear list. Got "hike goo" today. This is a lubricant to help prevent chafe and blisters.Saw my friend/chiropractor Dr Scott Hale today. He always fixes my back when I mistreat it. I will see him again before I hit the trail.
