Sorry my entries are so sporadic, really don't feel lik doing anything but
setting up my tent and resting when I stop. Putting ten to twelve hours of
walking/ hiking each day... Maybe one descent break a day.
I've had the opportunity to experience all of the weather conditions
expected: hot, cold ,windy, foggy, rainy. Changing outfits every other
hour. You can be hot and sweaty one minute, stop and the cool breeze just
puts a chill in you. You could put your rain gear on to protect you from
the wet, and you start moving and you end up being drenched from your
sweat.
From mount Laguana your in this "pine forest", then as you drop all of this
elevation and your surrounding start changing back to the dessert shrubs
Still meeting some great hikers, trail Angels, and town people. Everyone
but one seems very genuine and caring. Met an older lady on trail that just
really made me feel uncomfortable, my gut feeling was just uneasy the whole
time I was around her. I definitely didn't want to camp in her viscinity
Still having a tough time with my hydration and eating. Will take some time
off trail to evaluate my health.
