I'm Blogging Again?

PCT Day -41

Preparation continues, that is if you count walking a mile for a free ice cream cone followed by a three mile walk for coffee preparation. Im looking for any excuse possible right now to rack up miles and be on my feet. On a day I was planning on resting after putting in 12 miles yesterday and acquiring another blister I ended up logging another 7.5 total miles today. Ill take it for a day off.

I also threw in 40 minutes of yoga because Im convinced the flexibility and balance it provides will be great for preventing injury on the trail. Besides Ive been saying for years Im going to get into. So there ya go everyone Ive told that to, Im fucking doing it. On a related note can someone make a yoga app worth paying for? Im ready to dish out the dough, but there doesnt seem to be anything quality on the market. No one reads this but if you have suggestions please share.

As far as gear goes Im working on my camera system at the moment. Scrounging auction sites for an aps-c 10-18mm lens for those epic landscape shots. (I know epic is a terribly lazy word these days but its all I got at the moment). Im also starting to plan on a contingency for my 20 down quilt not arriving in time. I dont sew but Im starting to think a MYOG 40 synthetic quilt is within my capabilities.

Is this a thing am I going to start blogging? Tumblr doesnt seem the best place but where do I put it? Blogger appears dead and WordPress is, how do I say it, complicated.
