Raster source may update 1 or more times daily returning the most current information. The 'catN' property represents the maximum possible storm surge for that location, while the 'surge' property represents the maximum forecast surge. Property 'femaCacheTifs' is the current FEMA Flood Zone risk. FEMA data is updated daily.
