Mile High

Now I have spent several days in Denver, sleeping in a real bed again and not being awaked by the first daylight, having town food whenever I feel like wanting /needing some, walking a little in shoes and not in hiking boots and, Yes, the beard is off in preparation for returning to Europe. Not to forget listening to Country music for hours.
I said goodby to my friend Skeeter who picked Steady and me up in Pagosa Springs and drove us to Denver and a day later to Steady flying out of Denver. I guess I will need a few more days to adjust to town life and especially all the people. Tomorrow I will be flying to Calgary and later on to Hamburg. I already start missing the daily routine of hiking come rain, snow or sunshine. Let's see which European E-trail I will be on next year.
