Great day for another slack
Today was just a nice walk. Nothing to hard to climb, however, the downhills were a bit rough on my shins. Things are still a little sore, but I am not willing to sit around and wait for this injury to completely heal. Whatever it is, came on fast, so thus in theory, should go away the same. I suppose I'm a little dissapointed at this moment. Here at this point I have walked over 640 miles with nothing more than some painful blisters. Now all of a sudden, I find myself in a new pair of shoes that fit very well, and I think shin splints have formed. I personaly would have thought this is something that would have happened at the begining, not now. Oh well, my spirits are high. Back on the trail tomorrow morning and heading for Dalevile VA. I hope to be there sometime on Thurs of this week.
