Socks damp after training hike
Went on a training hike this evening and even though it's 80* now on my shady patio, i was sweating on the hike. It occurred to me today that if i continue to train in town going up and down hills, i can only go as far as between potty breaks because there's nowhere to stop and relieve oneself. I remember that from two years ago when i went up to Deadman's Pass and hiked on an access road to I-84. Nowhere to stop there either.So here i find myself cameling up before and after the hike. Overall i give this training a 5 on a 10 point scale. I need more consistency and perhaps a few more little hikes each day .
