Fart power!

2 month countdown

Alright, so I have my start date.... drum roll...... April 13th! Woohoo!

I've been cooking a lot trying to figure out what meals will work best and I have decided on a couple options - my Party Tacos (sweet potatoes, quinoa, bunch of veggies and spices), and Scott Jurek's Veggie Chili. Both dehydrate super well and taste great. I'm thinking if I get two more meals in the bag I'll be able to delay the point in which I get tired of my meals. Snacks on the other hand have been a trickier endeavour I'd say. I have a feeling I'm going to get tired of those much faster. But at least I'll have one good meal to look forward to at the end of each day!

Is it April yet?
