I decided to create a wordpress blog. It's not just related to my PCT section hike but also the experiences I've gone through in the past decade and a half that have brought me here. I've lived with depression and anxiety for the majority of my conscious life (I'm 25) and have only begun to seek help in the past few years as well as having gained the self-awareness to better myself.

I created the journal mostly for myself but made it public on the off chance anyone out there relates.

The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is a 2,650-mile national scenic trail that runs from Mexico to Canada through California, Oregon and Washington.
