Got my permit! Leaving April 8, 2019. Excited to start, nervous about planning and being fit enough. I've been training on Mt Woodson on a trail that is 11 mile long and 2000 ft elevation, and my feet are really sore afterwards. The thought of doing more than that, day after day is daunting.
