Moonwalker and I woke up at the hot springs, took showers, then hit the road to Bozeman again... Huge white pelicans were wading in the Madison River, unlike yesterday when we saw so many people in rafts floating down the same water... It was stunning with the early morning light and the huge white birds with long yellow beaks standing in this wide, shallow, lazy river. Coffee shop, then off to the airport. I got there quite early, then noticed that my flight was delayed 3 hours! This meant that I would most likely miss my connecting flight from Denver--- I was inquiring about this situation at a desk that was close to boarding a flight to San Francisco when I mentioned that I could go to SF and end my trip there--the agent perked up at that point and said that if she could find my checked pack quickly, it would work-- there was 1 seat! I am writing this as I fly! My son will pick me up and I will spend the night, be able to wake up with a birthday girl, grand daughter Sonali, then head home. How? Don't know quite yet, but seems that I am "in the flow" again!!
