After testing the Postholer features on the PCTHYOH app on my iPhone, I've made the decision to move my trail journal (onmywayontheloose.wordpress.com). The interface on Wordpress is much easier to navigate on my phone, even though I like the separate gear list, planning and training tabs on Postholer.
