Day 17, Friday August 16

Zero in government camp. Slept in this morning. Woke up after 8. Ate
breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Huge portions, couldn't finish,
another doggie bag.
We caught the 12:13 shuttle up to the lodge to collect our resupply boxes.
My new matress arrived!
We hung out and took the 2:45 shuttle back down, stopped at the post
office, which doesn't open till noon, grabbed a box and label and went
back to the hotel.
We packed up my old matress, a gift I bought myself at the lodge and a
bunch of extra food we didn't want to carry and went back to the post
office, which closes at 4, to send the box home.
Dinner at Charlie's mountain view restaurant. I had a big salad, yum. Back
to the room to make a list of chores for tomorrow.
