Decision is final

Well the decision is made. Will be attempting a thru-hike of the PCT starting 19 Apr 2014. I have received my permit for the PCT and have the California campfire permit as well. Only thing that I am waiting for is the entry into Canada permit. But I only recently mailed it off. I should receive it before I leave but if I don't will be able to get it in the mail someplace in Washington. I am still undecided if I will even enter Canada. Might just backtrack the 30 or so miles and hitch into a town in WA. But, will have the permit so that my options remain open.
Spent a couple of hours this morning sketching out my tentative re-supply plan. Will be using a hybrid mail/town re-supply. Will post my plan in a couple of days.
